Razorbacks Fall At SFA, 2-1

Posted: Updated:

Kylie Louw scored two goals to lift Stephen F. Austin to a 2-1 victory over Arkansas Friday in Nacogdoches, Texas.

Louw gave the Ladyjacks the lead in the 52nd minute off a rebound to snap a scoreless tie.

The lead didn't last long, however as Arkansas knotted the score less than nine minutes later when Kelsey Allison pushed one past Courtney Bauder.

But, Louw scored the game winner in the game's 73rd minute, scoring from the right side off the post.

The loss is the first non-conference road defeat for Arkansas in nearly three years. The Razorbacks had been 9-0-2 in their previous eleven road games outside the SEC.

Stephen F. Austin won despite being out-shot 14-to-7, including 5-3 in shots on goal.

Now 1-and-1, Arkansas travels to Fort Myers, Florida Friday to face Miami in a neutral site game.
