It took just an hour for tickets to Game 5 of the Western Conference playoff series between the Oklahoma City Thunder and Denver Nuggets to sell out.
Tickets went on sale at 10 a.m. and by 11 o'clock, they were gone. That being said, sometimes tickets become available due to released seats from the NBA or the visiting team. The Nuggets staved off elimination with a 104-101 victory in Game 4 late Monday night at the Pepsi Center in Denver, creating another chance for Thunder fans to see their team in action Wednesday night.
Wednesday night's game is scheduled for an 8:30 p.m. tip-off at the Oklahoma City Arena. If the Thunder win Game 5, they would advance to the Western Conference semifinals against either the top-seed San Antonio Spurs or the No. 8 seed Memphis Grizzlies.
Memphis leads that series 3-games-to-1.
