The Tulsa Shock acquired San Antonio's 2012 second and third round picks in the WNBA Draft in exchange for Scholanda Robinson.
Robinson appeared in all 34 games for the Shock in 2010, averaging 11.9 points and 2.4 rebounds. Robinson is entering her sixth season in the WNBA.
Last week the Shock held three two-hour open tryout centers with over 50 participants and former UCLA point guard, Darxia Morris received an invitation to Tulsa's training camp that opens here on May 15th. Morris averaged 12.2 points starting all 33 games in her senior season for the Bruins. She will graduate this year with a degree in Sociology.
"We might be a little bit short-handed at the point guard position, "General Manager and Head Coach Nolan Richardson said. "She had a great camp and we were happy that we were able to identify her as the best player in the camp."
