
The final 2011 USA Today/NFCA Division I Top 25 Softball poll was released today and Oklahoma, Oklahoma State and Tulsa were ranked among the nation's best.
The Sooners, who finished with a 43-and-19 record, are ranked seventh -- up six spots from the previous poll. Oklahoma State moved up 14 spots to seventh after finishing the season 42-and-20.
Tulsa moved into the poll, tied for 24th after a 46-and-15 mark.
Both the Sooners and Cowgirls advanced to the Women's College World Series this season.
Arizona State, which won its second WCWS title in four seasons, tops the poll, with runner-up Florida second, Alabama third, Baylor fourth and California fifth.
Missouri finished sixth followed by OU, OSU, Georgia and Stanford.
