Tulsa Free Safety Marco Nelson is one of four players from Oklahoma named to the Jim Thorpe Award Watch List.

Nelson had 86 tackles and six interceptions for the Golden Hurricane in 2010.

Established in 1986, the Thorpe Award is given the best defensive back in college football.  It is celebrating it's 25th Anniversary this year and will be awarded in Oklahoma City, OK.
