There's nothing like going back to school with a brand new pair of shoes, right?
Well thankfully, Moody's Jewelry is making that possible for hundreds of children here in Tulsa County.
Their annual drive for Family and Children's Services brought in 1,500 pairs of shoes!
Many of the children on the receiving end have never owned a new pair of shoes.
Director of Development, Susan McCalman says, "It's just It's great when you see the case workers come get the shoes for their children and their response. And oh my gosh I've never had a new pair of shoes to start school or I've never had a new pair of shoes before, it's just great it's just wonderful."
In addition to shoes, socks and t-shirts have also been donated for the kids.
