Tulsa Drillers Drop Fourth In A Row

Posted: Updated:

With the playoff race officially over, the Tulsa Drillers dropped a meaningless game to the Northwest Arkansas Naturals Sunday 6-4.

The loss is Tulsa's fourth in a row.

Trailing 4-0 entering the fifth inning, the Drillers made a valiant effort to get back in the game, scoring four runs in the next four innings.  But it wasn't enough to beat the Naturals.

The Naturals were lead by Tim Smith, who collected two hits and a walk, while driving in two runs.

Tulsa wraps up its 2011 season Monday night out at ONEOK Field.  First pitch between the Naturals and Drillers is at 1:05PM.
