A decorated pilot in the Navy Reserve will run against U.S. Congressman John Sullivan.
Jim Bridenstine flew combat missions in both Afghanistan and Iraq.
And until last year, he was Executive Director at the Tulsa Air And Space Museum.
The 1993 Jenks High School graduate was Oklahoma Swimmer of the Year. His formal
education includes a Triple Major from Rice University (Business, Economics and Psychology)
and a Masters of Business Administration from Cornell University.
Jim Bridenstine is married to Michelle. They have three children and a baby on the way.
Sullivan has served five terms in Oklahoma's First District.
