Unless you live under a rock, you've heard all the talk about the changes in college football that - according to some - are inevitable.

The formation of so called "super conferences" could be the direction college football is heading.

But if you peruse all of the rumors, one team you don't see being mentioned is Tulsa.

That doesn't sit well with Athletic Director Bubba Cunningham, who says his school has the ability to compete with anyone - including teams in the Big 12.
