Arkansas Falls To Alabama

Posted: Updated:

The Arkansas Razorbacks knew it was going to be tough sledding, heading into Bryant-Denny stadium to face the nation's third ranked Alabama Crimson Tide.

That's exactly what it would be.  After Tyler Wilson found Dennis Johnson for a ten yard score to tie the game at 7-7, it would be all 'Bama.

The Tide would score on defense, special teams, and on offense as they overwhelm the Hogs 38-14.

Trent Richardson lead the way for Alabama, rushing for 126 yards and adding 85 receiving yards to go along with his 61 yard touchdown reception.

Arkansas QB Tyler Wilson was pressured all day, but still managed to go 22/35 for 185 yards and two touchdowns.  He did throw one interception.

The Hogs have another tough test next week, as they travel to Dallas to take on #8 Texas A&M at Cowboys Stadium.  Kickoff for that contest has not been set.
