Google Data Center Set To Come Online In Pryor

They searched for a new home, and found one right here in Green Country. 

Later today, Google will flip the switch on its data center in Pryor.

New systems for the Internet search engine will go live Thursday afternoon in a special ceremony.

Governor Mary Fallin, Google executives and community leaders will attend.

The company began building at Mid-America Industrial Park in 2007.

Despite delays, about 100 jobs have been created for Oklahomans.
