
The Missouri Tigers are a step closer to walking away from the Big 12. Tuesday the University of Missouri curators gave Chancellor Brady Deaton the authority to start shopping the Tigers.
Mizzou says they have not been invited to join another conference yet. But the Tigers have been rumored to be interested in joining Texas A&M in the SEC.
Interim Big 12 Commissioner Chuck Neinas said Missouri is a member in good standing and that he expects them to stay in the Big 12.
