According to the OU Media Guide there are well over a hundred
football players on the Oklahoma roster. So you can imagine how hard
it is for a guy like Coach Bob Stoops to know everybody's name.
Especially the freshman and newcomers.
Before each and every game Coach Stoops will go down the line and shake every players hand.
Tight end Trent Ratterree remembers his first few games as a freshman when Stoops got to him and didn't know his name.
