Recycle Old Prescriptions With National Drug Take Back Day

Today is National Drug Take Back Day, which means anyone with old, unused or outdated prescription medicine can now dispose of the prescriptions safely.

Representatives from the Tulsa County Sheriff's office and the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs will be at several Drug Warehouse locations today from 10 a.m. Until 2 p.m.

Drugs can be dropped off at the following locations:
11650 East 86th St North - Owasso, OK
2040 W. Houston - Broken Arrow, OK
12037 S. Memorial- Bixby, OK

The program is designed to protect kids from getting into harmful medicines, and also to make sure the environment is not contaminated with drug waste.
