Two people suspected in a shooting outside a Tulsa auto parts store earlier this month have been returned to Tulsa.
Tulsa County Jail booking records show 28-year-old Luis Fernando Perez-Gomez and 19-year-old Katelyn Michelle Boggs were booked into the jail Monday afternoon.
The two were arrested in Vinita a day after the shooting, which happened November 15th outside the AutoZone located near 51st and Peoria.
The victim in the shooting was hospitalized in serious condition.
Perez-Gomez is charged with attempted robbery with a firearm, use of a vehicle in the discharge of a weapon, assault and battery with a deadly weapon and possession of a firearm after previous felony conviction. He is being held on 400-thousand dollars bond.
Boggs is being held on a charge of accessory after the fact. Her bond was set at 50-thousand dollars.
The pair also face charges in Craig County for resisting arrest and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon after troopers say Boggs attempted to run over an officer in an attempt to flee.
