Stillwater -
Keiton Page scored a season-high 20 points as Oklahoma State defeated Langston 80-58 Sunday at Gallagher-Iba Arena.
The Cowboys (5-2) led just 17-15 at the 11-minute mark before ending the first half with a 27-to-12 run to lead 44-27.
Langston (1-7) kept pace with the Cowboys in the second half and the largest lead came when Page hit a 3-pointer with 36 seconds left for the final score.
Page finished his evening 5-of-11 from three-point range. Le'Bryan Nash added 19 points and Michael Cobbins scored ten.
Modteets Williams,Landon Gray and Jabril Bailey each scored 13 points to lead Langston.
Oklahoma State returns to action Wednesday night at Missouri State. Tip-off is at 8 p.m. in Springfield, Missouri.
