Three Oklahoma State players have been named to the American Football Coaches Association All-America team.

Junior receiver Justin Blackmon, senior left tackle Levy Adcock and senior strong safety Markelle Martin were named to the first team, which was announced by the AFCA on Monday.

Blackmon was second in the nation in receptions with 113 and seventh in yards with 1,336. He also had 15 receiving touchdowns, which ranked third nationally.

Adcock was quarterback Brandon Weeden's protector at left tackle and also played right tackle in some games. Weeden was put on his backside only eleven times all season.

Martin recorded 65 tackles, four for losses, forced two fumbles and broke up eleven passes.

The trio helped Oklahoma State to an 11-and-1 record and the team's first outright Big 12 Conference championship.
