Oklahoma State junior goalkeeper Adrianna Franch is one of 15 semifinalists for the Hermann Trophy, considered the Heisman Trophy of collegiate soccer.
Franch recorded a school-record 12 shutouts in 2011 despite missing six games due to injury. She ranked second in the nation in goals against average and third in save percentage in helping lead Oklahoma State to a 22-2-and-2 overall record and second straight appearance in the NCAA Women's Soccer Championship quarterfinals.
It's the second straight year Franch has been named a semifinalist for the Hermann Award.
Three finalists will be named Friday and the winner will be announced January sixth in St. Louis.
