
OSU senior center Grant Garner is the Big 12 Conference's Offensive Lineman of the Year, the conference announced Wednesday morning.
Garner has anchored an offensive line that was second in the nation in scoring offense, second in passing offense and third in total offense.
Only twice in nearly eight hundred snaps this season Garner allowed a sack. He's also had 42 knockdowns and seven domination blocks.
Garner is also a finalist for the Rimington Award, which goes to the nation's best center.
The other finalists for the award are Peter Konz of Wisconsin, Dalton Freeman of Clemson, David Molk of Michigan, Ben Jones of Georgia and William Vlachos of Alabama.
The winner will be announced Thursday night during the ESPNU Home Depot College Football Awards Show.
