Oklahoma State's Justin Blackmon is expected to become just the second two-time winner of the Biletnikoff Award at the ESPNU Home Depot College Football Awards tonight in Orlando, Florida.
Blackmon, a junior from Ardmore, was second in the nation in receptions with 113 and seventh in yards with 1,336. He also had 15 receiving touchdowns, which ranked third nationally.
Fellow Oklahoman Ryan Broyles, a senior at OU, is also a finalist. He was one of the nation's leaders in all receiving categories before a knee injury ended his season November fifth against Texas A&M.
Despite the injury, Broyles finished with 83 receptions, 1,157 yards and ten touchdowns.
The other finalist is USC receiver Robert Woods. In 12 games, Woods caught 111 passes for 1,292 yards and 15 touchdowns.
The award will be presented during the ESPNU Home Depot College Football Awards Show, which begins at 8 p.m. Tulsa time Thursday night.
