Blackmon Unanimous All-American Again

Oklahoma State wide receiver Justin Blackmon has once again achieved unanimous All-American status.

With his inclusion on the Sporting News All-American first team Thursday, the junior from Ardmore solidified himself as the top wide receiver in the nation and becomes Oklahoma State's first-ever two-time unanimous All-American.

Blackmon, who was recently named the Biletnikoff Award winner for a second straight season, was second in the nation with 113 receptions, seventh in receiving yards with 1,336 and tied for third with 15 touchdown receptions.

To be considered a unanimous, All-American, players must be included on all five of the recognized All-America teams -- the Walter Camp, the Associated Press, the American Football Coaches Association, the Football Writers Association of America and the Sporting News.

Blackmon is considered by most as the top pro wide receiver prospect in the upcoming NFL Draft. He has said he intends to forgo his senior season to enter the draft.

Blackmon and Oklahoma State play their first-ever BCS bowl game when they take on Stanford January second in the Fiesta Bowl in Glendale, Arizona.
