Tiger Woods will be in attendance when Oklahoma State takes on Stanford in the Fiesta Bowl next month.
Woods, a Stanford alum, says he was asked by Stanford head coach David Shaw to be an honorary team captain.
"For Coach Shaw to think highly enough of me to be involved in the game and be able to talk to his kids is very special," Woods wrote on his website.
The Stanford Cardinal enters the Fiesta Bowl ranked fourth in the country with an 11-and-1 record. Oklahoma State is ranked third and is also 11-and-1.
It's the first BCS bowl appearance for Oklahoma State, which won its first-ever outright Big 12 Conference championship with a 44-10 rout of rival Oklahoma on December third.
Stanford is appearing in its second straight BCS game. The Cardinal defeated Virginia Tech 40-12 in the Orange Bowl last year.
