1/2 Peanut butter
1/2 cup dark chocolate chip morsels
1 cup All Bran or Fiber One cereal
1 tbsp cocoa powder + 1 tbsp powder sugar (mixed well) – optional
- In a medium, microwave-safe bowl, melt together the peanut butter and dark chocolate chips.
- Add the cereal and mix well.
- Drop onto plate with a tsp utensil.
- Sprinkle lightly with cocoa powder and powder sugar mixture (optional).
- Refrigerate until hardened and enjoy!
