Mike Stoops is returning to the University of Oklahoma, joining his brother Bob's staff as a co-defensive coordinator.

The ESPN.com report says the move could be announced as soon as this afternoon.

To make room for Stoops' return, Willie Martinez is leaving the staff.  Martinez was the defensive backs coach this past season.
