Tulsa 66ers Win Second Straight

Marcus Lewis and Ryan Reid each recorded double-doubles and all five starters scored in double figures to lead the Tulsa 66ers (12-12) to an 89-78 home win over the Dakota Wizards Sunday evening inside the Tulsa Convention Center.

Lewis posted 15 points and a team-high 16 rebounds for his 15th double-double of the season and Reid added 19 points and 10 boards for his second consecutive double-double.

Also leading the 66ers in scoring was Jerome Dyson with 19, Robert Vaden with 17 and Brady Morningstar with 10. 

Defensively, Tulsa forced 26 turnovers and created 15 steals, led by Xavier Alexander and Morningstar with three thefts each. 

Former OSU Cowboy Marcus Dove led the Wizards with 15 points and eight rebounds. 

The 66ers return to action this Friday and Saturday, Jan. 27 and 28, with back-to-back home games against the Fort Wayne Mad Ants.  Both contests are scheduled to tip at 7 p.m. CT inside the Tulsa Convention Center.
