Tulsa Wins 5th Straight

Doug Wojcik and the Tulsa Golden Hurricane upset Conference USA leading Central Florida Wednesday night, 66-61.

The win is Tulsa's fifth straight.

The Golden Hurricane had four players in double figures led by Scottie Haralson with 18.  Jordan Clarkson added 15 and was 9-10 from the free throw line.

Eric McClellan tossed in 11 and Kodi Maduka had 10.

Tulsa improved to 12-9 on the year and 5-2 in league play.  They are now a half a game out of first place in the league standings.

TU travel to Dallas Saturday to take on SMU.  Tip-off is set for 2:00pm.
