A man already in jail in Sequoyah County on drug charges has now been accused in the killing of a Fort Smith, Arkansas man.
Brandon Fritts is accused in the January fourth shooting death of 36-year-old Jamie Czeck, whose body was found in an alley in Sallisaw.
The alley is close to a rental property owned by Fritts' father. A couple looking at the property found Czeck's body.
Police say a handgun believed to be the murder weapon was found on the property.
Fritts remains in the Sequoyah County Jail on one-million dollars bond.
