A Tulsa man accused of shooting and killing a man inside his north Tulsa home in July 2010 is set to face a jury Monday.

Nico Jackson, 21, was arrested a week after police said he shot and killed Corey Johnson, 30, in front of his girlfriend and month-old baby.

Police said the woman was beaten, but the infant wasn't hurt.

Detectives said the tread on Jackson's tennis shoes matched footprints found at the scene -- and they also found dried blood on his shoes.

Jackson is charged with felony murder, first-degree burglary and robbery with a firearm. Another charge of unlawful wearing a mask while committing a felony was later dropped.

Jackson's trial is set to begin Monday morning.
