It was supposed to be a road-game Oklahoma could win. Instead, the Sooners handed the Texas Tech Red Raiders its first Big 12 win of the season, 65-47.
Andrew Fitzgerald was the leading scorer for the Sooners with 14 points. The problem was that Fitzgerald was the only OU player to reach double-figures in the scoring column.
For just the second time this season, Steven Pledger was held without a three-point field goal. As a team, the Sooners shot just 14% (2-for-14) from behind the arc.
Up next for Oklahoma is a home game against their Red River Rival, the Texas Longhorns. The Tuesday night contest tips off at 7 PM from the Lloyd Noble Center.
