ORLANDO, Fla. — Tulsa 66ers forward Marcus Lewis earned a double-double with 14 points and a game-high 10 rebounds and guard Jerome Dyson added five points, five rebounds and eight assists to help lead the West Team to a 135-132 victory over the East Saturday afternoon at the 2012 NBA D-League All-Star Game, presented by 26 Seconds.

Lewis, who currently leads the D-League in rebounding with 13.0 boards per game, recorded the contest's only double-double.  Entering the All-Star Game, the Oral Roberts product has earned 25 double-doubles on the season, 12 more than any other player.

Leading the West in scoring was Gerald Green with a game-high 28 points.  Pacing the East was JamesOn Curry with 25.

The Tulsa 66ers (16-21) return to action at home next Friday and Saturday, March 2-3, when they host back-to-back games against the Rio Grande Valley Vipers (21-16).  Both contests are scheduled to tip at 7 p.m. CT inside the Tulsa Convention Center.
