The Oklahoma Supreme Court has decided to throw out Tulsa's election for State House District 71.

Initial results showed Democrat Dan Arthrell had a 3 vote win over Republican Katie Henke, but a manual recount showed Henke won by just one vote.

Justices decided to void the election Monday, saying it was "impossible to determine the winner with mathematical certainty."
