Drillers Avoid Second Straight Loss To Arkansas

After giving up a lead late in Little Rock on Tuesday, the Tulsa Drillers rally to beat the Travelers on Wednesday.

Tulsa jumped out to a 4-0 lead after a three-run fourth.  But Arkansas took the lead in the bottom half of the fourth with five-runs.  They fell behind 6-4 before getting two more runs in the 6th and 8th innings to get the 8-7 win.

Coty Woods improves to 2-0 on the year with the victory in relief.

The Drillers continue their series with Arkansas Thursday and Friday.  Both game begin at 7:10.  Tulsa improves to 19-7 and return home a week from Thursday on May 10th.
