Favorite training ride (places, roads, etc): I love riding the Saturday GrandFondo course. It has everything a cyclist could want!!
Favorite thing about Saint Francis Tulsa Tough: It is so hard!! If you're a cyclist it is such an achievement to earn a jersey at Tulsa Tough. There is no cycling event anywhere around here as hard and as satisfying.
