Roland -
A man has been arrested in eastern Oklahoma after workers at a hotel in Arkansas found a room covered in blood.
According to our sister station, KATV in Little Rock, police detained 50-year-old Steven Cofer Friday near Roland -- about 90 miles east-southeast of Tulsa in Sequoyah County.
Workers said Cofer was last seen leaving Room 125 of the Economy Inn in Russellville, Arkansas dragging a large duffle bag.
Russellville police told KATV that a "substantial amount" of blood was found in the hotel room and bathroom -- enough to kill a person if lost.
So far, police say Cofer has only been detained for questioning.
