Indian Springs Country Club To Be Auctioned Tuesday

Williams & Williams has announced that it will auction the Indian Springs Golf Club in Broken Arrow Tuesday night.

The live auction will begin at 5 P.M. and the opening bid has been set at $250,000.

Potential buyers can bid in person on site, or in real time from anywhere at auctionnetwork.com.

The club, developed in the 1960's, features two 18-hole regulation golf courses, tennis courts (10 outdoor and 4 covered), and three swimming pools. All club-owned equipment and furnishings will be conveyed with the real estate.

"Indian Springs is more than a county club. For 45 years, it has been a gathering place for family, friends and the community to celebrate important family events, make memories and actively engage in golf, tennis and other social activities," said DC Roberts, senior director of sales at Williams & Williams. "The sellers have many years of fond memories and look forward to passing the property on to new owners to care for the club for generations to come."

On Sunday night a tornado went through the town of Carney. It destroyed or damaged about 40 homes. When you look out at the area there are homes in every direction that show some kind of damage.
