A senior Oklahoma City veteran who went missing Saturday has been found.

A Sliver Alert had been issued just after 10:00 p.m. Saturday for 64-year-old Donald Guerrero.

He had last been seen at 4:15 p.m. Saturday at the VA Medical Center in the 900 block of Northeast 23rd Street in Oklahoma City.

Authorities said Guerrero was showing signs of Alzheimer's and dementia.

He was described as a white male wearing a blue and white OKC Thunder T-shirt, gray flannel pajama pants, and moccasins.

Authorities believed he was en route to Maysville.

Guerrero was located Sunday afternoon, and the Silver Alert was canceled just after 4:30 p.m.
