Tulsa, OK -
Alicia Clifton is this year's Miss Oklahoma.
She was Miss Edmond Libertyfest.
The crowning ceremony was Saturday night at the Mabee Center.
Clifton won a talent award and a community service award.
The Kiwana's Club of Tulsa hosted the event.
Clifton says the pageant means a lot to her, and she hopes to inspire others to be the best they can be.
This is Clifton's third year to compete in Miss Oklahoma. She got second runner-up for the past two years.
She even holds a Guinness World Record for her tap dancing.
Clifton is 20 years old.
She will compete in Miss America.
