Tulsa County's Delinquent Tax Property Sale Starts Monday

Downtown Tulsa -

Tulsa County's annual Delinquent Tax Property Sale gets started Monday.

Every year, the County Treasurer hosts the sale at the Tulsa Convention Center downtown.

Featured items for sale include plots of land the county has a lien on for unpaid taxes.

The sale will last until the last item has been sold.

To participate, you must register when you arrive at the auction.

On Sunday night a tornado went through the town of Carney. It destroyed or damaged about 40 homes. When you look out at the area there are homes in every direction that show some kind of damage. Some of the families that have lived there for 17 years and have never been through anything like this. They didn't even have enough time to get their family in the shelter.
