Tulsa Police on scene following an armed robbery at the Red Roof Inn in the 4700 block of South Yale Avenue.Tulsa Police are searching for a suspect following an armed robbery at a Midtown Tulsa Hotel, early Monday Evening.
Police were called to the Red Roof Inn in the 4700 block of South Yale Avenue around 5 o'clock.
Tulsa Police tell KTUL.com, that a man was going into a room when the suspect approached him from behind and put a gun to his back. The suspect then led the victim into the room, where the robbery then took place.
The suspect then fled the scene in a white car in an unknown direction.
Police describe the suspect as an African-American male about 5' 6", 130lbs. with a shaved head.
Tulsa Police urge anyone with information on this case to call Crimestoppers at (918) 596-COPS (2677).
