Man Accused In Wife's Fatal Shooting Jailed

A man accused in the killing of his wife last week is now out of a hospital and in the Tulsa County Jail.

Jail records show Antonio Jose Lozada was booked late Monday afternoon on a complaint of first-degree murder and two counts of pointing a firearm with intent.

He's being held without bond.

Lozada is accused of fatally shooting his wife, Joyce Lozada, on June sixth. When police arrived, they say Antonio Lozada pointed a gun at them and he was injured when an officer opened fire.

Police said the couple were going through a divorce and that Joyce Lozada had filed a protective order against her husband.
