Broken Arrow -

A group of kids in Broken Arrow set up a lemonade stand on Saturday in order to raise money for a near drowning victim in Owasso.

The eight- and nine-year old kids sold their lemonade from 10:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Saturday near the intersection of New Orleans Street and Dogwood Place in Broken Arrow.

Two-year-old Rosalie Goodwin had nearly drowned in her family's neighborhood pool on June 6th.

"We were going to do a lemonade stand anyways," said young Logan Roberts. "Their mom told us about Rosalie, and we said that we should do that."

"It's going really good. We're making a lot of money," young Levi Conners said. "We have the money and will give it to pay her medical bills."

"Yesterday we got one-hundred forty dollars easy," said young Abram Conners. "We're praying and helping her out."

A Facebook page has been set up for people who wish to send well wishes to Rosalie. We have linked to that page to the right.
