Man Arrested for Shooting at a Car

A man from Grove was arrested early Saturday morning for firing shots into a car.

26-year-old Jesse Ryan Owens reportedly fired two rounds from a Taurus PT 738 .380 pistol at a car in the 11500 block of East 27th Street in Tulsa around 1:30 a.m.

According to the arrest report, one of the rounds struck the a vehicle with three occupants.

All three people in the victim's car identified Owens as the person who had shot at the car.

According to police, no one was injured.

Owens was booked at 6:00 a.m. Saturday.

He has been charged with three counts of shooting with intent to kill.

His bond is $225,000.
