The start of Juneteenth starts Monday and Tulsans are gearing up to celebrate.

Here is the week's full schedule:

Monday June 18, 2p.m.

"The Leon Rollerson Tour of Greenwood & North Tulsa"

"Honoring Jazz Music and Black History"

  • Tulsa Police are looking for two or three men they say robbed a North Tulsa Autozone.It happened just after 8 p.m. Tuesday in the 5000 block of N. Peoria.The men reportedly came inside with a gun and demanded money.Officers say a gun went off during a struggle in the attempted robbery.No one was hurt.The men ran away from the store and most likely got into a getaway car.Anyone with information is urged to call CrimeStoppers at 918-596-COPS (2677). Callers may remain anonymous.

  • Classes are canceled Tuesday at the Tulsa Community College Metro Campus at 9th and Boston.The main building had an electrical fire in the basement Monday evening. Because of the damage, crews are not yet able to determine how damaged the building is or how long repairs will take.Students should not go into the main building, but keep checking the website for class information.Essential employees are still needed.Nicole Burgin with TCC says the damage might take a while to fix, so they are lo...
