Elizabeth Smart To Speak In Tulsa

Girl Scouts of Eastern Oklahoma will welcome Elizabeth Smart as the inaugural guest for the Women of Character Speaker Series this August.

Smart is a child abduction survivor who has overcome tragedy to become an advocate for children. She has also founded the Elizabeth Smart Foundation.

Smart will speak on Friday, August 10 at 7:00 p.m. at the Reynolds Center on the TU Campus. The event is open to the public, and all proceeds from the event will benefit Girl Scouts of Eastern Oklahoma.
