Rogers County Sheriff's Deputies have arrested three people for burglary after witnesses reportedly saw them breaking into a car.
It happened Friday, June 15th, just before midnight.
Witnesses told police they saw four males breaking into a neighbor's car and running away near 11800 N 150th E Ave.
Shortly after, an off-duty Tulsa County Sheriff was behind a green Jeep when the four people inside got out and started walking toward his car.
Rogers County Deputies arrived at the scene near 145th E Ave just north of Hwy 20.
One of the men told deputies his friend had said, "Let's hit licks." Deputies questioned him about it and he said, "You know, go find cars that aren't locked and stuff."
18-year-old Micah Edens, 19-year-old Tyler Simpson and 19-year-old Johnathon Palomo were arrested and booked for second degree burglary and conspiracy complaints. Simpson was charged with obstructing an officer.
The fourth person is a juvenile, so no name was released.
