Police have arrested a suspect in a Wednesday night shooting.
TPD Officer Leland Ashley told KTUL.com that 18-year-old Keith Allen Doyle was arrested just before 3:00 p.m. Thursday as a suspect in the shooting.
Doyle has been charged with shooting with intent to kill.
20-year-old Clark Owens had been shot at Westminster Apartments in the 4800 block of South 73rd East Avenue just after 8:00 p.m. Wednesday.
Police told KTUL.com early Thursday morning that Owens had been shot seven times.
Ashley confirmed that an 8-month-old and an 11-month-old child were in Owens' apartment at the time of the shooting, as well as a 16-year-old.
Owens was admitted to a local hospital around 8:30 p.m. Wednesday in critical condition.
Police believed the shooting was the result of an ongoing dispute.
