Law Firm Counsels Companies on Best Practices for Relationships with LPO Providers

Yuson & Irvine is pleased to announce the launch of its Legal Process Outsourcing Management Practice, a unique practice that is focused on advising companies who are either considering utilizing Legal Process Outsourcing ("LPO") or who require assistance with managing an existing LPO engagement. Services include (1) full-scope assistance with and management of the development of an LPO strategy (including working with clients to develop specific goals and requirements for LPO engagements), (2) advising on the efficacy and economics of the offerings of different categories of LPO providers (e.g., offshore, onshore, contract attorneys), and (3) performing oversight and quality control on the work product and operations of existing LPO provider engagements.

The practice is led by Kevin Colangelo, Yuson & Irvine’s Managing Partner and a member of the leadership team at LPO pioneer, Pangea3, from 2006 - 2011. His role in the development and maturing of the large-scale LPO operational model makes Kevin uniquely qualified to advise clients on best practices for engaging with LPO providers and maximizing the value of LPO across a variety of substantive legal specialties.
