Porter Woman Arrested for Manslaughter, DUI

A woman from Porter was arrested Wednesday night in connection with a fatal collision on November 27th.

44-year-old Ernestine Robertson was wanted on three felony counts of first-degree manslaughter and two counts of DUI with great bodily injury.

Heather Cheatham, Robbie Robertson, and Marshall Carter all died in the collision that happened just before 1:00 a.m. on November 27th just south of Coweta.

According to the OHP Troop C report, Robertson was driving northbound on State Highway 51B when her 2007 Pontiac "went hard left in a broadside and was struck in the passenger side" by a 2010 Chevrolet.

The two people inside the other vehicle were admitted to Saint Francis Hospital and later released.

Robertson appeared before a Wagoner County judge Thursday afternoon.

Her bond was set at $505,000.
