A man was arrested Saturday night after soliciting a minor for sex.
23-year-old Henry Allen Ross is accused of making lewd proposals to a minor female on Facebook.
According to the arrest report, Ross made contact with a girl on Facebook who allegedly told him she was 14 years old.
Ross made arrangements to meet her at a pay phone near his apartment in the 3700 block of South Indianapolis Avenue.
Tulsa Police officers staked out the pay phone from a gas station in the 3600 block of South Harvard Avenue.
Ross was arrested at the pay phone at 7:00 p.m. Saturday.
The police report indicates that the girl was actually 12 years old.
It is unclear how police were notified.
Ross has been charged with three felony counts including making a lewd proposal to a minor under the age of 16, attempted rape, and using a computer to commit a criminal act.
His bond was set at $76,000.
