This Fourth of July could be a real dud for families in Arkansas.

And it's bad news for those who sell all those firecrackers and bottle rockets too.
Folks aren't buying fireworks, because it's against the law to set them off, right now.
In fact, one fireworks tent in Little Rock saw just five customers all day Monday.
Bottom line, everyone is rooting for rain sometime before July 4th.
